Scope of Services
Earthshine Temple provides private video sessions, immersive ownership structures, and consensual power-exchange dynamics that may include erotic, psychological, and behavioral elements. These services do not constitute therapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, or crisis support.

Eligibility and Voluntary Participation
All services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Participation is voluntary, consensual, and self-directed. You retain full autonomy over your decisions, boundaries, and level of engagement

Informed Consent and Assumption of Responsibility
You acknowledge that participation may involve psychological intensity, emotional reflection, structured direction, erotic themes, roleplay, ritual, power-exchange exercises, and immersive dynamics. You accept full responsibility for your mental, emotional, relational, and behavioral well-being during and after participation. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Partner Disclosure and Relationship Responsibility
If you are married, partnered, or in a committed relationship, you confirm that your participation aligns with your existing relationship agreements and that any required partner disclosure or consent has been obtained. Earthshine Temple assumes no responsibility for relationship consequences resulting from nondisclosure, misrepresentation, or breach of personal agreements.

Professional Boundaries

Earthshine Temple operates within clear professional boundaries. Services are conducted remotely via video, written communication, and approved media exchange unless otherwise agreed in advance at my sole discretion. In-person engagements, if offered, are limited, pre-approved, and subject to separate terms and screening. All erotic or power-exchange elements are consensual, negotiated in advance, and remain within clearly defined limits and boundaries.

Privacy and Confidentiality
All sessions, communications, and materials exchanged are treated as private and confidential. Recording, copying, distributing, or sharing any part of sessions or communications, in any format, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Payment and Refunds
All services must be paid in full in advance. Payment secures time, preparation, availability, and access to structured engagement. Refunds are not provided once an application interview, video session, or ownership cycle has begun. Missed sessions or lack of participation do not entitle you to a refund.

Termination of Services
I reserve the right to terminate or decline continuation of services at any time if I determine that the work is no longer appropriate, productive, aligned, or in accordance with agreed protocol. You may also choose to end participation at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Earthshine Temple from claims arising from participation, including emotional distress, relational outcomes, personal decisions, or life changes resulting from the work.

Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, language, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Earthshine Temple and may not be reproduced, recorded, or shared without written permission.
